Golden State are 7-28. Which means they've got 15 games remaining. So, even if they win them all, they'll have 22-28 record, maximum.
So there's still a chance the Warriors wont be relegated.
22-28 is a 0.440 Win%, so that'd see them over the relegation-playoff bracket too.
