GMs on the Hot Seat
As we approach the end of the first Dynasty Six season we press closer towards the day when we switch back to Dynasty Five. This creates a problem because there are, effectively, six GMs here at D6 who don't control a team at D5:
Baltimore Bullets
Houston Rockets
Miami Heat
New York Knicks
San Diego Dragons
Tampa Bay Assassins
(There is currently only one team open over at Dynasty Five; the Houston Rockets. That team will remain open and be rewarded to the most deserving (in my opinion) GM from the above list.)
At the same time there are GMs here at Dynasty Six who have been almost completely inactive from the very beginning (if you are one of these GMs, reply to this thread when you have read it):
Atlanta Hawks - 4 Posts | Currently 5 days inactive | Has been consistently inactive the entire time D6 has been running. Fired and reinstated once. Former D5 Exec of the Year one of the few things in his favor.
Sacramento Kings - 13 Posts | Currently 4 days inactive | Been fired once at D6 already during a spell of 14 days inactive. Fired at D5 too, forgot to reclaim his D5 Kings after being allowed to return, so techncially they are available at the moment. Told me he doesn't care about his D6 team.
New Jersey Nets (D5 PHI) - 8 Posts | Not inactive | Long term member who never posts. Used to be the original D5 Nuggets GM but fired at D5 once for not posting anything for 4 months straight and being inactive for 1 full week. Reinstated as D5 Philly GM only to resume his silence.
New Orleans Hornets (D5 PHX) - 13 Posts | Not inactive | Long term D5 Phoenix GM. Lazy at getting his info completed, almost always needs telling. Previously D6 Memphis and fired for inactivity - didn't realise until 7 weeks after being fired! Allowed to claim the Hornets.
Phoenix Suns (D5 MEM) - 15 Posts | Currently 2 days inactive | Didn't realise he was fired as Phoenix GM for some time. Reinstated 4 days ago but has yet to complete his team info. A good, active, involved GM over at D5 but has been silent at D6.
I estimate that it'll be roughly two months, maximum, before we switch back to Dynasty Five. During that time I will be monitoring the activity of all the above listed GMs very closely. I will decide whether the GMs with teams at D5 & D6 deserve to keep their D5 team. And I will decide whether the GMs with only D6 teams deserve a team at D5 more than the others.
This information should come as no shock, I have said since the beginning of D6 that your activity is required in both leagues to avoid being fired.
