Peter Vescey (author of the top seller: "Making up false trade rumours for dummies") has leaked a report that the Chicago Bulls are close to aquiring Houston Rockets star Yao Ming. The Bulls have badly needed a global star since the retirement of Michael Jordan in 1998. (No he didn't play for the Wizards, it was a bad dream you had) The rumoured deal includes a plethora of young Bulls players such as Kirk Hinrich, Ben Gordon, Joakim Noah, and Tyrus Thomas. Rockets that have been rumoured aside from Ming include former University of Illinois star Luther Head, as well as Stevie "I can't be the franchise anymore" Francis.
Yao's inside scoring at 6 foot 17 would provide a much needed inside scoring boost to go along with the fine mid range game of Sudanese forward Luol Deng, accoring to Bulls General Manager Erik Lassen. Who has also been known to be a fan of egg rolls. Back in 2007 when coaching Greendell Community Centre's 14 year old boys team in his home town of Winnipeg, Lassen was quoted as saying that the only reason Michael Chan made the team was because his mother Xu made "Bad ass egg rolls."
