Utah and Toronto lose and will face each other next. The loser will be relegated.
San Antonio and Portland are now safe from relegation.
I decided the tie between Sacramento, Utah and Toronto (who all had the same regular season record) by using their regular season records against each other. Utah won all of their games against either Sacramento or Toronto. Toronto won by more against Sacramento than vice verca. Therefore Utah and Toronto were placed third and fourth in the relegation playoffs respectfully.
