Trading During Expansion Draft
Any trades made during the expansion draft must not contain unprotected players.
Once the draft is over, normal trading may resume. Any teams who have had multiple unprotected players taken by expansion teams will have to fill their roster to 12+ players with free agent signings (free agents list will be posted soon also).
