I'm sort of surprised that the 3 way (Portland - Toronto - Charlotte) was rejected due to being unfair for Portland Bosh and Okafor is (in my opinion) slightly better the Oden and Aldridge, especially when Oden hasn't even played a game in the NBA. And Portland has a lot of young depth at the 2 guard but not at the point so they could stand to lose Roy to get Ford and Delfino in return

well the jury is still out on how good Oden can be as well as Roy, and the potential factor for young player always trumps everything else.
I am kinda surprised LAL wants to trade for TP, he already has Alston and Jordan Farmer at PG.
unless he is trading Kobe from his team, I don't find any reason for him to part a
Farmer/Alston, Kobe, Walton, Gasol, and Yao team.
