I accept, I lose two quality starters but I get one of the best centers in the game.
(Note Tony Battie and Adonal Foyle are currently listed as unprotected players for the expansion draft but they were needed for salary purposes {this trade is pretty much AK, Boozer, '09 1st for D12, and salary filler} so if this trade needs to wait until after the expansion draft then so be it.)

Honestly I don't think he wants to do this now, I posted it a 3 days ago and have sent him a few PMs telling him that it's posted and he still hasn't accepted.
