As GM of Golden State, I accept this deal. The Warriors desperately need size in the front-court and Okafor will team with Andris Beidrins to form a potent, young paint posse. Frye adds very much needed depth.
This trade also allows me to move Monta Ellis to point guard and shed salary to make more moves to get into a position to resign Ellis, Beidrins, and Okafor at the end of the year.

Having said that, this is a quite nice move, even if it only leaves Okur in Utah's frontcourt.
