I emailed Montreal last night about his pick. I'll give him until tomorrow to make it, if he doesn't arrive by then I'll make his pick based on his team's needs.

I don't think the expansion teams should get rights to higher picks. We should have had a lottery, because my team for instance is a lot shittier than lots of the teams picking before me at 8.

If you could sim a lottery I'd switch the teams around, including Montreal since he wasn't even here to make his pick. I'd still let Utah keep that 1st pick though for a number of reasons (not least cos he made the trade for that pick in the knowledge he was guaranteed 1st pick, when that was the rules etc. back in June/July).

If you make it so Montreal has top chance of 2nd pick, I think that'd be best. Otherwise you could just base it entirely on regular season record and nothing to do with expansion teams (altho Utah would still keep that top pick).

oh come on, are you serious you made that rule about the 6 expansion teams picks stays where it is AFTER Utah and I made my trades for Shaq and Utah for LOU's pick.

if that's the case then I should also get a chance to get my pick back because I didn't know the picks were gonna stay where it is, if I had that knowledge I would not have traded it away, I traded it away for Shaq knowing it would go up not stay the still, if my pick gets penalized so should Utah's, maybe not LOU get pick back, Utah still has the pick but everyone has to start over again, that means his pick is in the lottery too and he does not get Beasley.

I know I am kinda complaining but this is kinda biased since you already took away picks of expansion teams by letting them stay where it is instead of basing them on standings.
