I think Boston's penalizing teams for not logging on. Or draft boards were sent in. That's why you see the difference in time for each team to pick.

I check to see when each GM has last logged onto D6. If it's been more than a week-ish, then I pick for them on their behalf instantly instead of waiting.
Cleveland's a pretty active GM so I'm hoping he'll show up soon.
